Red radishes are grown all year round, mainly in polytunnels, but also in the open field in July and August. The production is cyclically distributed over 100 hectares, of which 80 is tunnels and 20 open field.
We produce approximately 6.5 million bunches every season.
Harvest is in the field, with washing and packaging in the factory, in single-use wooden boxes or reusable plastic boxes. Red radishes are sold loose in bunches with leaves or bagged without leaves, depending on the customer’s requirements.
Our management of red radish production is based on the following ripening cycles:
– 35-50 days from sowing to harvest in spring and autumn;
– 50-65 days from sowing to harvest in winter.
